Debby (Cardozo) Smith is a seasoned coach and social worker. She has successfully re-invented herself at different stages of her life and has helped others do the same. Helping others find and keep jobs is something Debby feels passionately about. “I remember in school of social work, our professor commenting on the expression “making a living,” she recalls. “Does that mean that without a job we have no life? Of course not! The expression captures the values of our society. So much of our identity is wrapped up in what we do. So much of life depends on our earning our living. And so much fulfillment can come from a job where our talents and skills are needed and valued.”

Working for www.Jewishjobster.com is a dream come true. “I can think of nothing more worthwhile than connecting a job seeker with the right job.” says Debby. “And as someone who has spent most of my career in management, I know how thrilling it is to find the perfect candidate for a job.

”In summary, I look forward to some great matchmaking!!”
