Full-Time Data Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Ensures accuracy of payroll information entered by payroll specialist by reviewing data for deficiencies; notifies parties involved of discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to Payroll Specialists for resolution.
Assist in the maintenance of payroll database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
Administrative duties, which includes:
Create reports, filing, word processing, backing up receptionist.
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes to supervisor.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Has previous office experience.
Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook.
Strong sense of customer service.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in an environment with specific deadlines.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
Characteristics include: dependable, strong work ethic, meticulous, attention to detail, proactive, a go- getter and results driven.
Accomplishing other duties as they are assigned based on the business needs.
