Full-Time E-Commerce Marketing Director
Our client, an online retailer of electronics and components in Brooklyn NY, is seeking an experienced e-commerce marketing director.
This position includes specific day-to-day responsibilities for our client’s e-commerce website and affiliated sites as it relates to site design and development, online marketing and merchandising strategies, order fulfillment, affiliate relationships, new program development and enhancements, and customer service.
Develop and oversee the execution of all online marketing programs and initiatives to drive lead conversions, sales and profits including: SEM, SEO, PPC, display and banner advertising, affiliate marketing, social media, redirect, email marketing and other related online marketing strategies and tactics.
Uses web analytics applications to recognize user patterns and trends to help formulate effective marketing techniques.
Manage marketing department staff to define and lead the execution of monthly online website and email marketing promotional merchandise efforts.
Lead the creation, definition and delivery of innovative business and customer experience concepts for the website.
Help define and deliver lead generation and e-commerce roadmaps and periodic schedule to meet key performance targets and defined work flow processes.
Identify and manage key metrics and performance indicators throughout the entire digital customer experience.
Evaluate site processes and recommend/implement changes to maximize revenue.
Assist in developing digital product and service concept recommendation documents which articulate the market, financial and corporate opportunity.
Develop product budget build and manage projects within budgets to coordinate with appropriate technical, creative and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product project implementations.
Develop efficient work flow processes and procedures to utilize print, audio, and video content in creative digital offerings.
Establish strong internal relationships with upper management, including IT, sales, marketing and department leaders.
Monitor, analyze, and anticipate market and technological trends.
