Full-Time Invitation Client Service Associate

You will work with our potential, new and current clients and assist them with ordering invitations through EventPrints, a fast growing online vendor of modern, sophisticated Bar and Bat Mitzvah invitations.
Description of duties
For our clients throughout the US, you will be their primary source of contact. You will receive and manage all internet inquiries. You will send samples, follow up and make sure that questions are answered and the client feels welcomed and confident in our abilities. You will be available to speak with clients at all times and stay in contact with them throughout the printing process. You will also market additional products, such as décor and day of event displays. In addition to acting as liaison between the client and company, you will also track orders to ensure timely delivery and follow up after an order is shipped.
For our local Atlanta clients, you will schedule meetings and attend, or to the extent you are able, conduct the meetings. You will show samples, answer questions and prepare quotes for the clients. You will also act as the liaison between the client and our staff designers and print department. You will be available to answer client questions and provide any information they need to place an order.
In addition to these duties, you will also assist with other company duties as requested, for both EventPrints and Presentech, our parent company. These additional duties may include acting as phone or front reception back up, or assisting clients when other personnel are unavailable, or other duties as assigned.
The Successful Candidate
You must live in the Atlanta metro area.
The successful candidate will have a pleasant, helpful and cheerful attitude and make each potential client feel that we truly care about their business. You will demonstrate a can-do attitude and look for solutions, not excuses. You will work to make each client feel that they are your one and only client, even when juggling dozens of clients at any time. Your ability to keep orders straight and remember the smallest details will be key in making sure that orders are completed on time and without errors.
Ideally, you should have planned a Mitzvah in the past for yourself or a family member, or sold printing or invitations.
