Part-Time Office Manager

Job Description

Kreemart is looking for an highly motivated and self-oriented person, to manage the business. As soon as possible.  The manager will be dealing with the best contemporary Art, as well as artists, dealers, and institutions. The job required a wide variety of tasks that imply the administration of an Art business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, photoshop  and social medias – Facebook and Twitter, is required and indispensable.

The candidate must have excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management skills, Excellent telephone skills; mature, professional manner;
Must live in NYC or NJ.

Must have at least 3 years experience

Available now, for 5 days a week from 9 to 6pm. Must be available for special Events as well as saturdays.
The job is paid, salary can be discussed – beginning at $18/hour.
Half an hour lunch.
