Full-Time Senior Controller
Safeguard assets and assure accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing disciplines of internal audits, controls and checks across all departments
Manage the day-to-day activities of customer credit worthiness, accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll and inventory.
Develop, improve and issue timely monthly financial records.
Manage commercial banking relationships.
Interface with outside audit firms(s), banks and lessors, health/casualty/liability insurance agent(s), credit card companies, and collection agencies
Report regularly to the CFO in writing and verbally
Manage local finance team
CPA certification (CA, CGA or CMA)
Bachelor Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university accounting or related subject
6-10 years of relevant experience in financial management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
Good interpersonal skills
Capacity to plan and organize work
Analytical skills and problem solving capacities
Experience with working with global companies
